Uniday was a full day developer conference that took place during Devcon in Bangkok. The event took place in tandem with the Unichain announcement. Multiple content rooms, ~850 attendees throughout the day, unique merch, full f+b operation, and an overall splash of a product announcement moment for the brand and chain. 

Led all efforts, including the overall GTM for all Unichain components at Devcon. For this event, owned the overall production, venue layout management, vendor coordination, creative design and branding, negotiation and budget management, content programming management, and all other components.
