Multi-faceted, XL sized partnership that consisted of a custom merch line with one of the worlds leading street wear brands, a coffee shop popup in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a custom designed merch site, and an experiential launch event. Custom integrations like discounts for paying with crypto wallet and benefits for different on-chain history behaviors were built in house to maximize benefits to our users.
Owned and oversaw the entire project, coordinating GTM for each Uniswap and KidSuper. Led designs for merch and coffee shop, owned comms and marketing strategy, managed creative and production for the launch event, designed strategy for overall partnership, negotiated terms, and ensured partner success.
